The Sales & Applications Engineer is a customer-facing role responsible for developing new business, expanding existing accounts, understanding customer requirements, and translating electrical, mechanical, thermal, environmental, reliability, and commercial requirements into manufacturable ceramic solutions. This is not a transactional sales role; success requires a team player to earn credibility with both customer engineering teams as well as AdTech’s engineering, product management, production, and quality teams.
